Skidmore College Athletics Hall of Fame
A longtime fan of Skidmore Athletics, Lee Weiser has contributed to the growth of the program in myriad ways, large and small. The owner of Frame of Mind, a local picture framing business, he is perhaps best known for his thoughtful preparation of the Friends of Skidmore Athletics Hall of Fame inductee plaques, a service he has graciously provided since the program's inception in 2004.
Â
But Weiser's dedication to Skidmore Athletics is manifest in other areas as well. He has been a strong proponent of athletic training at the College. Whether it be his willingness to jump in as referee for alumni, exhibition, and varsity lacrosse games, or to serve as a sounding board for important decisions, Weiser, observes Dean of Special Programs and former Athletic Director Jeffrey Segrave, is a ready and invaluable resource.
Â
"Lee has always been an ardent friend of athletics at Skidmore, as well as an advocate of health and wellness writ large. His support of our efforts to launch the Hall of Fame was truly critical- the fact that it has grown and flourished is in no small measure a result of his hard work, guidance, and generosity. We would simply not be where we are today without his friendship.

An early member of Skidmore's Community Rowing program, Weiser continues rowing whenever he can.
