Skidmore College Athletics

This powerhouse team of Thoroughbreds exploded records with an unprecedented 19-game winning streak that sent them to the National Collegiate Athletic Association Final Four. Handily capturing the Liberty League Championship title, the women finished with a program-best 20-2 record. Nationally ranked second in winning percentage (0.909) and assists per game (3.18), they were third in points per game (12.18).  

This dynamic and close-knit team boasted three All-Americans, five All-Region stand-outs, eight Liberty League honorees, and three Eastern College Athletic Association All-Stars. Sixteen members received both National Field Hockey Coaches Association and Liberty League All-Academic honors. Winners of the National Academic Team Award, their head coach, Beth Hallenbeck, was recognized as Regional Coach of the Year.
