3-Feb 14-Apr Monday Spin 8:00-9:00am Group Fitness Studio Meghan Campion A high-intensity exercise that uses stationary bikes in a group setting. Spin classes are a popular cardio workout that can help strengthen and tone muscles in the lower body. 
Water Aerobics 12:10-1pm Pool Judy Horigan A deep water fitness class which utilizes interval training to provide aerobic and cardiovascular benefits while promoting muscular strength, endurance and flexibility. Use the water's properties and resistance to acheive a well-balanced workout in a reduced impact environment.  Flotation equipment is used, so no swimming experience is required
Yoga 12:10-1pm Group Fitness Studio Beatrice Kendall A traditional style of yoga working on breathe and flexbility
Beginner Tennis 12:15-1pm Indoor Tennis Courts Curt Speerschneider This class is for those wanting to learn basic tennis strokes in order to build to be able to play for points
4-Feb 15-Apr Tuesday Circuit Training 12:10-1pm Group Fitness Studio Caroline Crump After a dynamic warm up, we will be working to increase cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance through different intervals and exercises each week. Safety and proper form & technique are top priority. We will then end with a deep stretch or foam rolling to loosen up. 
Swimming for Fitness 12:10-1pm Pool Leo Litovsky Lap swimming with pre-designed workouts written by our asst. swim coach. He'll also give feedback on your technique.

Water Aerobics 12:10-1pm Pool Judy Horigan
Pilates 12:10-1pm Group Fitness Studio Ivy White A low impact core strengthening and conditioning class.  Great for relieving stress, improving flexibility, and strengthening and lengthening muscles.  Participants will need their own yoga mat for this class.
Intermediate Tennis 12:15-1pm Indoor Tennis Courts Curt Speerschneider This class is for those who can already play competitive points or matches and want to fine tune their game.

Turn Up & Dance 11:00am-12pm MPR - Williamson Marriah Kirk A one-hour dynamic HIIT-inspired experience with simple choreography, strategic playlist creation, positive vibes, high energy to synergize the mind-body connection to leave you feeling successful, energized, and empowered.
