SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – Sophomore Ada Wiggins of the Skidmore College women's tennis team saw her run end in the semifinals of the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Northeast Division III Singles tournament, held at the Wenger Courts Sunday.
 
Despite an impressive late rally, Wiggins, the top seed, fell to eventual champion, NYU's Anna Maria Buraya by a 6-3, 6-4 score. Buraya, seeded third, eventually defeated teammate Coco Kulle, 6-3, 6-2 in the final.
 
Wiggins and the Thoroughbreds will next host RPI in its first dual match of the season, Friday night at 6 p.m.
