GILBERT, AZ – Skidmore College women's tennis first-year standout Ginevra Muratori was officially recognized on the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) 2025-26 Division III Women's Singles All-America Team, as announced by the organization this week.
Muratori becomes the 14th student-athlete in program history to earn All-America honors after winning the ITA Northeast Regional Singles Championship in the fall, which automatically qualified her for the distinction. She also won her first-round match at last month's NCAA Singles Championship.
The first-year standout adds another accolade to a highly decorated debut season with the Thoroughbreds, having already been named Liberty League Player of the Year and Rookie of the Year, in addition to earning Skidmore's First-Year Thoroughbred Award.
The official selection criteria for Division III Singles All-America honors are as follows: earning a top-eight seed in the NCAA Singles Championship, winning a match at the NCAA Singles Championship, finishing in the top 20 of the final ITA Collegiate Tennis Rankings, winning an ITA Fall Regional Championship, or winning a first-round match at the ITA National Small College Championships (ITA Cup).
