ITHACA, N.Y.—The 26th ranked Skidmore College women's tennis team avenged its lone Liberty League loss of the season with a 5-1 win over #37 Vassar College Saturday night in a Liberty League semifinal.

The third seeded Thoroughbreds (10-8) will face top seed St. Lawrence University in Sunday's championship match at 2 p.m. Skidmore is playing for its sixth straight and 11 overall league titles. St. Lawrence will be looking for its first championship.

The Thoroughbreds swept all three doubles matches and won at number two and five singles.

The number two doubles team of
Alexa Goldberg and
Brianna Greene won 9-7 over Morgan Fitzgerald and Kate Christensen. Greene also won at number two singles 6-3, 6-0 over Courtney Geiss.
Laura Swenson had the other singles win, 6-2, 6-0 over Connie Yoo at number five singles.
