LEXINGTON, Va.— The 20^th ranked Skidmore College women's tennis team lost to 11^th ranked Washington & Lee, 8-1, Wednesday afternoon.
 
The loss drops the Thoroughbreds to 5-6, while the Generals move to 9-2.
 
Michelle Fuca earned the Skidmore win with a 6-3, 6-4 victory at number five singles over Allison Hupalo.
 
The Thoroughbreds will compete in the Mary Washington Blue-Grey Invitational March 20-22.
