SARATOGA SPRINGS. N.Y.—The Skidmore College women's tennis team extended its Liberty League win streak to 38 with identical 9-0 wins over Bard and RIT on Sunday.
 
The Thoroughbreds are 4-0 overall and in league play. Bard is 0-7 and 0-4 and RIT is 0-2 and 0-1.
 
Skidmore outscored Bard 96-2, dropping just one game in doubles and one in singles.
 
The number one doubles team of Madie Benn and Michelle Fuca beat Harriett Slagle and Lily Schwartz 8-0.  Erica Meno moved up to play number one, taking a 6-0, 6-0 decision over Schwartz.
 
Against RIT, Benn and Fuca had another 8-0 number one doubles win and Fuca beat Geanna Heaviland 6-0, 6-1 at number one singles.
 
The Thoroughbreds travel to the Bowdoin College Invitational Oct. 16-18.
