The Skidmore College women's tennis team hosted #2 Williams on Saturday and traveled to MIT in a pair of matches this past weekend.
The Thoroughbreds fell 9-0 to the Ephs and 6-3 to the Engineers.
Against Williams, senior
Rachel Loeb suffered a tough 6-2, 6-4 loss at number one singles and freshman
Robyn Baird dropped a 6-3, 6-3 decision as the 2nd-ranked Ephs went on to a 9-0 win.
At MIT, the doubles team of
Sophia Bryan-Ajania and
Keirsten Sires won 8-4 at number three doubles, while in singles action
Molly Nolan won 6-4, 6-1 at number five singles and Baird picked up a 6-2, 1-6, 10-7 win at number six singles.
Skidmore returns to action on April 30 at Middlebury.
