Women's tennis advances to Liberty League Championship

Canton, N.Y. - The Skidmore College women's tennis team advanced to the Liberty League Championship after a 7-2 semifinal win over William Smith at the Sammis Tennis Courts.

Senior Danika Robison won 6-2, 6-1 at number one singles over Amanda Slack and teamed with freshman Nataly Mendoza for an 8-2 victory against Hilton/McCue at number one doubles.  Junior Rachel Loeb and freshman Brittany Trimble also went 2-0 on the day for Skidmore.

The Thoroughbreds will face top-seeded Vassar tomorrow at noon for the Liberty League Championship.
