Women's tennis rolls to 9-0 victory over New Paltz

Canton, N.Y. – The 25th ranked Skidmore College women's tennis team rolled to a 9-0 victory over SUNY New Paltz Saturday afternoon at St. Lawrence University.
 
The Thoroughbreds have a 7 -2 record overall and have won their last four matches.
 
Skidmore won all singles matches in straight sets, with sophomores Danika Robison and Rachel Loeb claiming singles victories at number one and two singles, respectively. The two combined for the number one doubles win with an 8-2 win over New Paltz's Dana Lim and Steph Schara.
 
Junior Dani Fancher, sophomore Caroline Sherman, and freshman Allie Burns and Tory Engros all earned singles victories for the Thoroughbreds. 
 
Skidmore will face St. Lawrence University tomorrow in Canton at 10 a.m.
