NEW PALTZ- The SUNY New Paltz men's soccer team fell to the Thoroughbreds of Skidmore, by a score of 3-1, on Saturday afternoon on Alumni Field.

The Thoroughbreds struck first in the 17th minute with a goal by Doug Yeates, assisted by Ike Okpoebo. Minutes
later, Yeates's cross from the left corner found Aaron Krepack on the six yard box for a goal for a 2-0 lead.

Tim Lueders made it 3-0 at 79:34. With Skidmore in firm control New Paltz managed to score in the 82nd minute.

Skidmore goalkeeper Nick Peterson recorded the win in net for the, saving eight shots.

The Thoroughbreds improve to 5-7. New Palzt falls to 6-7-2
