The Skidmore College men's lacrosse team is honored to have 10 members of the Class of 2020.
John Dagher is a business major from Locust Valley, N.Y. A three-year member of the men's lacrosse program, John has shown he is the epitome of a selfless teammate. Always putting the team needs before his own, John played roles on both sides of the ball as both an offensive midfielder and long stick midfielder. Upon graduation from Skidmore John will pursue a career in Digital Sports Marketing.
Nick Georgalas is a health & human physiological sciences major from Massapequa, N.Y. Nick's commitment to hard work and perfection of his face off craft paid off major dividends during his senior campaign. Having a break out year as a senior, Nick won 34 of 54 face offs for a 63% win percentage while also picking up 21 groundballs. Nick took what was a team weakness and made it a strength during his final campaign. Having volunteered extensively with St. Joseph's Hospital New York and Presbyterian Hospital New York, Nick plans to attend Nursing School this upcoming fall upon graduation.
Ben Glidden is a business major from West Chester, Pa. A four-year member of the men's lacrosse program, Ben excelled as a defender. Over four years, Ben put together an outstanding career picking up 54 groundballs and causing 25 turnovers while playing in 44 games. A Thoroughbred Society inductee during his junior year, Ben will pursue a career in marketing before attending law school upon graduation.
Will Lukas is a business major and economics minor from Longmeadow, Mass. A four-year team member, Will made an immediate impact at Skidmore right out of the gate when he lead the team in scoring as a freshman and was named All-Liberty League. Excelling at attack when healthy, over his career Will played in 41 games, recording 36 goals and 49 assists. Upon graduation Will joins Safety Insurance as an underwriter.
Ward Mahoney is a computer science major and business minor from Wellesley, Mass. A consistent presence in the midfield throughout his four years, Ward finishes his Skidmore career having scored 28 goals and recording 6 assists while playing in 45 games. Ward will be pursuing a career in finance technology upon graduation.
Colin McClure is a chemistry major with a concentration in biochemistry from Longmeadow, Mass. A two-year team captain, Colin excelled at the hardest position in college lacrosse, defensive midfield. A pillar of the Thoroughbred Society during his four years, Colin will graduate Skidmore with a 3.81 GPA. Colin's relentless work ethic both on and off the field have raised the standard of expectation in the men's lacrosse program, his imprint will be seen for years to come. He recieved both the Skidmore Athletics Senior Thoroughbred and Skidmore Athletics Senior Scholar Athlete Awards. Upon graduation Colin with join Massachusetts General Hospital as a Clinical Research Coordinator prior to moving on to medical school.
Eli Millstein is a business major from Ridgewood, N.J. A four-year member of the team, Eli played in 35 games over his career winning 98 face offs, picking up 41 groundballs and causing 11 turnovers. A Thoroughbred Society inductee during his junior year, Eli will graduate with a 3.3 GPA. Upon graduation Eli will join Cushman & Wakefield in New York City as an investment sales analyst.
Garrett Munck is a double major in political science and economics from McKinney, Texas A versatile and intelligent offensive threat during his career. Garrett excelled at both attack and midfield during his four years recording 20 goals and 12 assists while playing in 32 games. Garrett will be returning to Skidmore in the Fall of 2020 to finish a third degree in psychology. Upon graduation Garrett will be pursuing Law School.
Jack Spagnoletti is a chemistry major with a concentration in biochemistry from Madison, N.J.
A three-year member of the men's lacrosse program, Jack has been a consistent presence between the pipes. During his time at Skidmore, Jack has excelled academically. A multi-time Thoroughbred Society inductee, Jack has also done extensive research in his field presenting his findings at the MERCURY Conference. Upon graduation Jack plans to pursue a career in the field of infectious diseases before applying to medical school.
Will Stricker is a business major from Windermere, Fla. Hampered by injuries during his four years, Will's perseverance and commitment paid off exploding on the scene during his senior campaign. Will finished the shortened season second on the team in goals and points with 10 and 15 respectively in just five games. A Thoroughbred Society inductee during his senior year, Will graduates Skidmore with a 3.3 GPA. Upon graduation Will joins Willis Re Ltd. as a reinsurance analyst.
