SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y.— Head women's lacrosse coach Elizabeth Ghilardi has added Rebecka Dale to her staff.
 
Dale comes to Skidmore after a two-year stint as an assistant coach at Plymouth State University. The Panthers won the 2019 Little East Conference championship and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Division III Tournament.
 
A 2017 graduate of Plymouth, she was a four-year defender for the Panthers, earning Little East
First Team All-Conference honors her senior season. Dale was part of two Little East championship teams (2014, 2017).
 
Dale coached the New Hampshire Tomahawks Club team from 2018-20 and was the junior varsity coach at Nashua North High School for the 2017-18 season.
