WILTON, N.Y. – The Skidmore College men's tennis team remained undefeated on the season following yet another dominant performance in Liberty League action, defeating St. Lawrence 9-0 at the Wilton YMCA Sunday afternoon.
Skidmore, (5-0, 4-0 Liberty League) ranked 27
th in the latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association Division III National Poll, has dropped just two points in league action this season, winning its 35
th straight match against Liberty League foes (including postseason play). The Thoroughbreds will travel to SoCal next week, beginning action against No. 9 Amherst in Azusa on March 11. St. Lawrence (2-3, 0-3) will face Elmhurst College in Florida on March 18.

JT Wynne, continued their dominant play as a pair with an 8-0 shutout of Eric Tecce and Leo Romanetz at No. 1. The 2017 Oracle Cup semifinalists improve to 11-3 in all competitions this season, and are the fourth-ranked pair in the latest ITA rankings. First-years

The Thoroughbreds would then sweep all six matches in singles play to earn the shutout. Wynne moved up to the top slot, defeating Tecce in straight sets, 6-4, 6-3 to improve to 10-3 on the season. Kevin Ha would complete the shutout, just getting past Mamelak in the first set and dominating in the second for a 7-5, 6-0 decision at No. 4.
In its upcoming trip to California, Skidmore will face some of the best teams in the country, including No. 9 Amherst, No. 2 Claremont-Mudd-Scripps, and No. 4 Bowdoin in the span of a week.
