WILTON, N.Y. – The Skidmore College men's tennis team cruised to a 9-0 victory against Stevens in non-league action at the Wilton YMCA Sunday afternoon.

Skidmore, the 22nd ranked team in the latest Oracle/ITA Tennis rankings, improved to 6-5 on the season. Stevens dropped to 4-9.

Kai Yuen Leung and Steven Koulouris had little trouble in their singles matches at the top two spots, dropping just one point each in their victories. Travis Leaf battled through his match at fifth singles, defeating Davis Schulz 6-4, 7-5.In doubles play, Leung and JT Wynne shutout Stevens Kyle Henry and Antonio Perish at #1. The two and three slots were a bit closer, with Koulouris and Lucas Pickering winning 8-6 and Leaf and Nils Akesson pulling off a narrow 9-8 victory.

Skidmore will next return to Liberty League action, hosting Hobart on Saturday in a 1 p.m. start.
