WILTON, N.Y.—The 21st ranked Skidmore College men's tennis team got the spring campaign off to a quick start with a 9-0 Liberty League win Saturday at the Wilton YMCA.

The Thoroughbreds are 3-0 overall and 3-0 in league play, the Brewers drop to 4-2 and 3-1 overall.

Skidmore took a 3-0 lead after doubles. The number one team of
Steven Koulouris and
Lucas Pickering won 8-5 over Nick Litsky and Alexander Luckmann.
Kai Yuen Leung and
John Wynne were 8-1 winners at number two over Alexander Luckmann.

In singles, Leung narrowly avoided the upset, downing Litsky 7-5, 7-5. Koulouris was a 6-3, 6-1 winner at number two over Allen Sokolov.

The Thoroughbreds are off until a March 4 home match against NYU at 11 a.m.
