Men's tennis dominates St. Lawrence

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. -- The Skidmore College men's tennis team remained perfect in conference play with a dominant 8-1 win against St. Lawrence University, Sunday morning at the Wilton YMCA.
 
The Thoroughbreds (5-4, 3-0 Liberty) swept doubles play, building a 3-0 lead. They carried the momentum into singles, winning five of six matches to secure the 8-1 winthey won five of six matches, securing

Danny Knight was a winner at number one singles and number one doubles. He knocked off Rhonny Rosario 6-2, 6-5 in singles and paired with Oliver Loutsenko for an 8-5 doubles win. Miles Ransom also played a key role in two matches for Skidmore, teaming with Gabe Steerman for an 8-2 win at number three doubles and beating John Megas, 6-3, 6-0, at number two singles.

The Thoroughbreds return to action at Hobart College at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 29.
