Box Score PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Skidmore College men's lacrosse team dropped a 10-9 contest to Bates College, in a neutral-site game at Brown University's Stevenson Field on Tuesday night.
 
The Bobcats (1-2) used three consecutive goals in the final period to turn a 7-6 deficit at the end of the third quarter into a 9-7 lead in the fourth quarter en route to the win over the Thoroughbreds (0-4).
 
Kevin Mulvey, Quinn Hawkins, and Jack Metzler scored two goals each for Skidmore.
 
Skidmore plays at Clark on Saturday at 1 p.m.
