Melissa Hirsch and Alex Smith of the Skidmore women's tennis team were tabbed by the Liberty League after leading the Thoroughbreds to the NCAA Regional Final this past week.
 
Hirsch posted a 3-1 record as she was named Performer of the Week.  She was a 1-6, 6-4, 6-4 winner at number one singles against TCNJ.  Hirsch teamed with Tory Engros to go 2-1 at number two doubles.
 
Smith earned Rookie of the Week honors for the fourth time this season.  She came from behind to earn a 5-7, 7-6, 6-4 win at fifth singles, clinching a 5-4 victory over TCNJ.  She also posted a 1-2 record at third doubles.
