Middlebury, Vt. – The Skidmore College men's lacrosse team completed its non-league schedule with an 18-4 loss at Middlebury College, Tuesday.
 
The Thoroughbreds (5-8) wrap their Liberty League season with a game at RIT on Saturday and a home game with Union College on April 28.  The Panthers are 3-8.
 
Middlebury scored 16 straight goals in the win.  Skidmore stopped the run, scoring three straight goals to open the fourth quarter, as Mike Perlow accounted for a pair and Richie Davis had one.  Quinn Hawkins accounted for the fourth goal.  Sam Christiansen had eight ground balls and six caused turnovers.
 
Perlow's pair led Skidmore in scoring, as Matt Diaco took the loss in net. Diaco played the first 43:17, allowing 14 goals, while making 14 saves. Drew Butturini (12:11) allows four goals, making one save, as John Southerland wrapped up the final 4:32 in goal, stopping one shot.
