Amber Kinsey earns All-Liberty honors for the second time

Three Skidmore players earn Liberty League women's lacrosse honors

Saratoga Springs, N.Y.-- Skidmore College women's lacrosse players Amber Kinsey (Troy, N.Y./Lansingburgh), Kimberly Segalas (Stamford, Conn.), andLindsay Stavola (Montauk, N.Y.) were selected to 2009 Liberty League Honorable Mention by the league's coaches.

Kinsey, a junior defender, ranked fourth in the league in caused turnovers (1.87) and ground balls (3.40) per game.  Segalas, a sophomore midfielder, led the team in scoring with 41 goals and 11 assists for 52 points.  She was seventh in Liberty League goals per game (2.73) and third in ground balls (3.47). Stavola, a sophomore attack, was second on the team in scoring with  32 goals and had 14 assists for 46 points. 

Kinsey and Segalas were both 2008 Honorable Mention selections.

Skidmore finished the season 6-9 overall and 2-6 in the Liberty  League.
