As always, the Thoroughbreds will also begin the season with eight games at Fort Myers, Fla., competing in the Gene Cusic Classic.

This year's Gene Cusic Classic begins for the Thoroughbreds on March 10, when they take on Haverford College in a morning doubleheader beginning at 9.  Returning to New York, the Thoroughbreds begin Liberty League action with a four-game series against RPI. Skidmore will make the short trip to Troy on March 23, before returning to Castle Diamond for the home opener on March 24. Both doubleheaders will begin at noon. Skidmore then hosts Castleton in a mid-week contest on March 27 at 4 p.m. The Thoroughbreds then head to Rochester for a four-game league series against the Yellowjackets on March 30-31.

April begins with a home matchup with Plattsburgh on April 4 (4 p.m.), and road games against City College of N.Y. (double-header) on April 7 (1 p.m.) and New Paltz on April 10 (4 p.m.). Skidmore will enjoy a season-long, five-game home stand after the Vassar series in mid-April. The Thoroughbreds host Williams on April 16 at 4 p.m., before league foe RIT comes to town for a four-game series. The series begins with a double-header on April 19, beginning at 1 p.m., and will conclude with another double-header on April 20, at noon. Skidmore then hits the road, making the trip up to the North Country to face St. Lawrence in a doubleheader on April 27. The teams will return to Castle Diamond to finish the series on April 28, beginning at noon. Skidmore finishes April with a trip to MCLA on April 30 at 6 p.m.

The Liberty League Tournament begins on May 9, as the 4-5 teams compete in a wild card game.
