SCOUTING THE THOROUGHBREDS (15-7, 12-2 Liberty League) Skidmore extended its winning streak to six with wins over St. Lawrence and Clarkson in its final two contests. The Thoroughbreds clinched the top seed in the Liberty League tournament with their win over the Golden Knights in the final game of the regular season.

Royce Paris emerged as the offensive catalyst for the team down the stretch, averaging 17.7 points and six rebounds per contest off the bench over the last three games of the season. He was named the Liberty League Performer of the Week after producing 16 points, eight rebounds, four assists and four steals against St. Lawrence and 19 points against Clarkson. Junior guard
Isaac Carp also added a season-best performance when the team needed it most, scoring eight of his season-high 14 points in Skidmore's overtime win against the Saints. Junior guard
Aldin Medunjanin has remained one of the team's most efficient contributors, averaging 12.6 points, six rebounds and four assists per game over the last three contests.

The Thoroughbreds feature one of the stingiest defenses in the country, ranking fourth in Division III in opponent field goal percentage (37.3%) and 13th in blocked shots per game (4.8). The defense has helped fuel the league's second highest scoring offense (70.4 ppg). Skidmore also ranks second in field goal percentage (43.9%).

SCOUTING THE TIGERS (13-12, 8-8 Liberty League) RIT secured its spot in the Liberty League tournament on the final day of the season with an 80-75 win over Union. The Tigers trailed by 12 at the half but rallied for 54 points in the second to pull away for the win. Five Tigers scored in double figures in the win.

Freshman guard A.J. Horde has scored in double digits in the last 12 games. He is averaging 18 points and four rebounds per game over the last seven contests. He leads the league in steals per game (2.0) and ranks second in the league in 3-pointers per game (2.5), fifth in assists per game (3.3) and 3-point field goal percentage (35.8%) and sixth in scoring (14.6 ppg). J.P. Regan is third on the team in scoring (10.8 ppg) and third in assists per game (2.1), rebounds per game (6.4), steals per game (1.5) and blocked shots per game (0.8).

The Tigers have limited opponents to 40.8% shooting from the field, including 32.0% from 3-point range. RIT has been big on the boards this season, ranking second in offensive rebounds per game (11.3) and third in defensive rebounds per game (26.6).

Martin Bedulskij scored a career-high 19 points on 7 of 13 shooting and added six rebounds to lead the Thoroughbreds to the win. Paris and Carp added 16 and 12 points respectively and
Erik Sanders had 11 points and nine boards. Skidmore finished 28 for 53 (52.8%) from the field and 9 for 20 (45%) from 3-point range.

Sanders and Medunjanin combined for 25 second-half points in a 73-64 victory. Skidmore managed to secure the win despite having one of its worst shooting days of the season (37.1%).

Horde led the Tigers with 13 points, while Kamron Davis and Miguel Lopez had 10 points each.
