SCOUTING THE THOROUGHBREDS (12-7, 9-2 Liberty League): Skidmore bounced back from a 66-56 loss at Hobart with a 73-64 win against RIT…Senior forward Connor Merrill averaged 20.5 points, 5.5 rebounds and two blocks per game over the weekend, scoring 22 points against Hobart and 19 against RIT…He shot 61% (14-25) over the two games…Junior guards Erik Sanders and Aldin Medunjanin combined for 25 second-half points against RIT…Sanders finished with 18 points and nine boards, while Medunjanin had 15 points, seven assists and four rebounds.
 
TEAM STATISTICS: The Thoroughbreds are 5-3 at home…Skidmore is 9-1 when shooting 33% or better from 3-point range…The Thoroughbreds lead the league in defensive rebounds per game (28.7) and rebounding margin (3.8)…They have outscored conference opponents by an average of 6.4 points…Skidmore averages the second-fewest 3-pointers per game in the league (6.2).
 
STATISTICAL LEADERS: Sanders is averaging 16 points and 7.3 rebounds per game over the last three games…Sanders (14.8 ppg), Medunjanin (14.3 ppg) and Merrill (14.3) rank 6-7-8 in the conference in scoring…Medunjanin is tied for second in the league in assists per game (4.1) and sits third in assist-to-turnover ratio (2.1) and fourth in steals per game (1.5)…Sophomore guard Royce Paris is averaging 11.7 points, 5.3 rebounds and two assists per game off the bench over the last three games.

SCOUTING THE SAINTS (13-9. 7-6 Liberty League): St. Lawrence extended its winning streak to four with wins over Bard and Vassar over the weekend…Sophomore guard Kyle Edwards and senior forward Brady Condlin tied for a team-high with 19 points against Bard and junior guard Kaleb Faison added 17 points and six boards…Edwards added 18 points against Vassar, going 7 for 10 from the field, including 4 for 5 from beyond the arc…Condlin had 17 points on 5 of 6 shooting, going a perfect 3 for 3 from 3-point range and 4 for 4 from the charity stripe…The Saints shot a season-high 54.3% (25-46) from the field against the Brewers, including a season-high 59.1% (13-22) from three.
 
TEAM STATISTICS: St. Lawrence is 5-5 on the road…The Saints are second in the league in scoring (69.2 ppg) and third in 3-pointers per game (6.9)…St. Lawrence has is averaging 20.3 free throw attempts per game…The Saints are third in the conference in assists per game (1.23) and assist-to-turnover ratio (1.18)…The Saints are 10-2 when shooting 41% or better from the field and 3-7 when shooting under 41%...The Saints are 11-2 when recording 12 or more assists and 9-0 when scoring 70 points or more.
 
STATISTICAL LEADERS: Condlin leads the league in free throws attempted (134) amd ranks second in the league in scoring (16.5 ppg), third in field goal percentage (49.8%) and eighth in rebounds per game (6.7)…Sophomore guard Willie Zachery in second on the team in scoring (13.2 ppg) and sits seventh in the conference in assists per game (3.0) and assist-to-turnover ratio (1.1)…Edwards is shooting 65% from the field (19-30) and 3-point range (7-11) over the last three contests, averaging 17.3 points per game in that span.
