Brooks went 6-of-9 from three-point range in the first half to give the Thoroughbreds (9-5, 3-2 Liberty) the separation they needed. He also added a game-high seven rebounds and five assists.
Erik Sanders scored 19 points on 9-of-12 shooting,
Aldin Medunjanin contributed 14 points, eight assists and seven rebounds,

The Dutchmen (5-7, 2-2) got on the board first with a layup from Ryan Whelpley, but the Thoroughbreds  put the game away early, building a 20-point lead midway through the first. Brooks tallied 20 points for Skidmore in that stretch, going 6-of-7 from three-point range.
The Thoroughbreds continued to dominate for the remainder of the first half, outscoring the Dutchmen 17-9 and carrying a 51-25 lead into halftime.
The second half proved to be more of the same as Skidmore opened the half on a 13-5 run capped by a Merrill 3-pointer, putting the game out of reach at 64-30 with 16 minutes to play. Hot shooting down the stretch helped the Thoroughbreds pull away for the 103-58 win.
