Box Score ITHACA, N.Y.—The Skidmore College men's basketball team outscored Ithaca College 32-15 in the second half to post an impressive 61-59 non-conference road win Wednesday night.
The Thoroughbreds close out the semester 4-2, while the Bombers drop to 3-4.

Aldin Medunjanin who scored a game-high 24 points, including two threes in the final 1:04 for Skidmore. The sophomore guard added 10 rebounds and six assists.
Down by 17 with 18:05 to play, the Thoroughbreds went on an 18-1 run to tie the game 47-47 with 9:12 to play. The game stayed within one possession until the Ithaca managed a four-point lead, 59-55 with 1:01 left in regulation.
Medunjanin then hit a three-pointer with 1:04 left to cut it to one, 59-58. After an Ithaca miss, he hit another three with :11 left for the lead and win, 61-59.
Erik Sanders added 19 points for Skidmore and had a steal with four seconds left to secure the win.
The Thoroughbred defense held Ithaca to a miserable 4-26 (15.4%) from the floor in the second half after the Bombers hit 18 of 26 attempts in the first half (69.2%). Skidmore scored 17 points off 17 Ithaca turnovers.
" I'm Really happy with the win. Ithaca is a year removed from being in the Sweet 16 so anytime you can go on the road and beat a program of that caliber it is big.
"It was a tale if two halves, we really struggled with their size in the first half and to their credit they shot the heck out if the ball. We made some adjustments at halftime, but to be honest I thought our guys just competed really hard in the second half.
"We had a couple guys make some big plays down the stretch, but I am more proud of us holding them to 15% shooting in the second half. Great win for us going into exam break."
Skidmore is back in action Dec. 29 against FDU Florham in the Land of Magic Classic in Orlando.
