Thoroughbreds bounce Brewers 15-4

POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. – The Skidmore College women's lacrosse team trounced host Vassar College 15-4 on Wednesday in a Liberty League contest.
  • Skidmore (4-5, 2-1 Liberty League) has now won four out of its last five.
  • Vassar (1-7) is off to an 0-3 start in league play.

  • Maddy Marr and Jillian Lockwood led the Thoroughbreds in scoring with four goals apiece.
  • Elizabeth Walsh scored twice, while Lily Schwartzman had a goal and an assist.
  • Liv Kazanjian made 14 saves to improve to 4-1 in the cage for Skidmore. She also caused a pair of Vassar turnovers and recorded seven ground balls.
