ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Skidmore College volleyball team earned a four-set road win at RIT on Saturday afternoon (25-15, 25-18, 11-25, 25-20) in the conference finale for both teams. Tied coming into the match, Skidmore finishes 4-4 in the Liberty League and is fifth. RIT is sixth at 3-5.

- Skidmore later swept Alfred University in a non-league match 25-12, 25-15, 25-19.
- The Thoroughbreds improve to 11-13 overall.

Skidmore 3, RIT 1
- The Thoroughbreds shared the wealth with five players with five or more kills.
- First-year Madison Manning led with nine. She also had a team high 12 digs and two aces.
- Carolyn Scott tallied eight kills with three block assists and a dig.
- Ella Harris and Jo Blanco both had five kills. Harris had five block assists, while Blanco had one to go along with 10 digs.
- Jazlin Chen had five kills and a match high seven block assists.
- Skidmore finished with a 10-6 advantage in blocks.
- Catriona Hoelperl (16) and Noa Berger (14) combined for 30 assists.
- Skidmore led wire-to-wire in the opener, goring its lead to as many as 12.
- RIT hung around in set two and trailed by a pair, 16-14, before the thoroughbreds rattled off five in a row and take command of the game.
- The hosts grabbed the third frame powered by a set-ending 11-2 run.
- Skidmore led for the first half of the fourth set until RIT got five unanswered points to take a 17-16 lead.
- Two errors sandwiched with a Chen service ace gave Skidmore its lead right back.
- Up by two, 22-20, the Thoroughbreds scored the match's final four points to close it out. Manning had three kills during the stretch. Maya Stolarz had the other.

- In the second consecutive depth display for Skidmore, six different players had at least five kills against Alfred in a neutral site match.
- Stolarz led with nine while Angie Mozrall and Madison Manning each had eight. Harris posted five and Blanco and Chen registered five apiece.
- Blanco also had four aces.
- Stolarz finished with a pair of blocks.
- Tiffany Flores led with 19 assists. Emma Ferrigno had 11.
- Athena Braverman collected 17 digs.
- Skidmore hit a whopping .400 as a team with 42 kills on 90 swings against just six errors.
- The Thoroughbreds committed just three attack errors over the first two sets combined.
