MIDDLEBURY, Vt. – The Skidmore College women's volleyball team traveled to Middlebury College for a mid-week non-league contest on Tuesday. The host Panthers won in three sets, 25-14, 25-16, 25-18.
 

• Jo Blanco led Skidmore (2-10) with seven kills, a block, and six digs.
• Chelsea Winegar had six kills and eight digs.
• Maya Stolarz finished with three kills and a team-leading .333 hitting percentage.
• Elizabeth Miller led the team with 17 digs.
• Audrey Powell had seven assists and two kills. Noa Berger had five assists.
• Skidmore led in the second set, 11-10, before Middlebury (6-4) went on a 9-0 run to re-gain command.
•  The Thoroughbreds also hung tight for a majority of the third set after falling behind early.
• NEXT UP: Skidmore will host MCLA for a doubleheader on Saturday, Oct. 1. beginning at 11 a.m.
