SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y.—Ithaca College jumped out to a 7-0 first quarter lead to take control early in a 20-7 Liberty League men's lacrosse win Wednesday afternoon at Wachenheim Field.

The Thoroughbreds are 1-4 overall and 0-4 in league play. The 20
th ranked Bombers move to 5-3 and 3-2.

Charlie McFadden and
Chris Bucking had two goals each for the Thoroughbreds with McFadden adding an assist.
Matt Pinckney,
Paul Heffernan, and
Brandon Reilly scored one goal each.
Charlie Kessler contributed two assists. Same Ohotnicky and
Charlie Murphy each had four ground balls. Ohotnicky added two caused turnovers.

Jake Erickson led Ithaca with five goals and four assists, while Charlie Niebuhr had six goals and an assist.

There were 99 shots in the contest, 59 on goal.
Christopher Downey had 17 saves for the Thoroughbreds and Connor Thornton stopped 15 shots for the Bombers.
