Skidmore goalie Tim Rahill set the season save record in the first quarter. He had 11 total to give him 207. Matt Diaco held the mark with 193 in

Shlonsky scored the game's lone first quarter goal with 2:03 left. The Thoroughbred offense clicked in the second quarter with Madalone, Megnia (two), and Munck scoring consecutive goals for a 5-0 lead.

Bard would get to within four goals four times, before Skidmore pulled away for the 12-5 final.
