ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y.—The Skidmore College men's lacrosse team scored the game's first five goals and remained in control the rest of the way in a 12-5 Liberty League win over Bard College, Saturday afternoon at Ferrari Field.
The win puts the Thoroughbreds at 4-10 overall and 1-6, while the Raptors are 3-10 and 0-8.

Tim Rahill set the season save record in the first quarter. He had 11 total to give him 207. Matt Diaco held the mark with 193 in
2013.
Eric Megnia led Skidmore with four goals and four ground balls.
Alex Miller had two goals, a ground ball, and a caused turnover.
Garrett Munck scored a goal and had three assists. Nick DeBlasio,
Ryan Madalone,
Jason Shlonsky and
Hudson Miller each had a goal and an assist.
Will Lukas scored a goal to go along with five ground balls.
Logan Hart recorded a team-high three caused turnovers.
Shlonsky scored the game's lone first quarter goal with 2:03 left. The Thoroughbred offense clicked in the second quarter with Madalone, Megnia (two), and Munck scoring consecutive goals for a 5-0 lead.
Bard would get to within four goals four times, before Skidmore pulled away for the 12-5 final.
The Thoroughbreds outshot the Raptors 52-33 and had a 42-34 ground ball advantage.
Skidmore will close out the season at home on April 24 at 6 p.m. against Vassar.
