Skidmore wins 3-0 over Sage

ALBANY, N.Y.—The Skidmore College volleyball team posted a quick 3-0 win (25-13, 25-10, 25-20) over Sage College Tuesday night in Albany.

The Thoroughbreds are 16-9, while Sage drops to 5-19.

Skidmore middle hitter Katy Ehnstrom led all the players with her 12 kills and collected a .333 attack percentage with three digs. Outside hitter Caite Canfield added six kills, with six digs and was a perfect 15-0 on receiving attempts action. Sophia Hettler finished with four aces and had 15 digs with five kills for the Thoroughbreds. Bailey Hutchins collected 10 digs with four kills and an ace as Skidmore combined for a .216 attack percentage in the match.

Skidmore is back in action on October 19 at St. Lawrence University in a 7 p.m. Liberty League match.
