CLERMONT, Fla.—Ithaca College scored the game's final six goals to claim a 12-6 women's lacrosse win over Skidmore College Friday at the National Training Center.

The Thoroughbreds are 2-3, while the Bombers are 3-2.

Marisa Caponi lead Skidmore with two goals.
Natalie LaBeau had a goal and an assist, while
Anna Boogaerts,
Tyler Phillips, and
Cas Szwajkowski had one goal each.
Adele Mackey had a team-high four ground balls. Phillips added three caused turnovers and four draw controls.

Megan Kolopsky had a solid game in net for the Thoroughbreds with 10 saves.

Skidmore fell behind 6-4 at the end of the first half. Early second half goals from Caponi and Boogaerts tied it 6-6 with 23:50 to play. Ithaca shutdown the Thoroughbred offense the rest of the way, scoring six unanswered goals to finish off the 12-6 win.

Skidmore returns home to host Hamilton College on March 22 at 4 p.m.
