"Tonight was a good night for our team," said Skidmore head coach
Darren Bennett. "We used a few different lineups and with every change we made we never missed a beat. Every player knew what they needed to do under every circumstance and they did it very well tonight. I'm proud of our team's play tonight.
"Last Friday we really struggled to get out of the gate and shoot the ball, but tonight was the exact opposite. Our offense was really clicking and it fed the defense and vice versa.
"We have a tough double tomorrow with the road back-to-back, but I think we are ready. We've grown over the week and it has been nice to be part of that progress."
Skidmore travels to RIT Saturday, Feb. 7 for a 2 p.m. contest.
