Middlebury tops Skidmore

MIDDLEBURY, Vt.— Middlebury College posted a 3-0 (25-17, 26-24, 25-13) win over Skidmore College in nonleague volleyball, Tuesday night in Vermont.
           
The Thoroughbreds are 5-15, while the Panthers jump to 12-2.
 
Skidmore will play New Rochelle and Penn State-Behrend on Saturday at Union College.
 
Bailey Hutchins had 12 assists and 10 digs for the Thoroughbreds. Caite Canfield added 12 kills and six digs and Marcela Familiar chipped in 13 digs.
