Tonight we saw the depth in our league regardless of record. Vassar came out hot and strong and never let us find any kind of rhythm all night long.
"We have strong talent in our conference, good teams with great coaches and when you get caught record watching and stat checking like we did tonight you get the results like we did tonight," said Skidmore coach
Darren Bennett. "All the credit to Vassar and their coaching staff. They were prepared and let us have it tonight.
"This will hopefully be a big lesson game and get us to a point mentally where we understand that every time we lace them up someone is coming after us. Fortunately we have to have a quick memory and have a chance to bounce back tomorrow in the second half of our back to back weekend."
Skidmore travels to Bard Saturday, Jan. 31 for a 2 p.m. tipoff.
