Samantha Graber, who led all scorers with a career-best 28 points, tied the score 16 seconds later; the Thoroughbreds turned the ball over on their last possession of regulation but the Continentals missed three shots in the last 20 seconds to send the game to an extra period.

"The team put together a complete effort for the entire game,: said Skidmore coach Darren Bennett.  "We had a little trouble with their three balls in the first half and defensive rebounding. But in the second half the team came out and focused in their assignments and it paid off versus a strong Hamilton team. I am excited for the team and the way we continue to grow."
