The Thoroughbreds improve to 11-3, while ACP falls to 7-5
Pharmacy hung tough with the Thoroughbreds, keeping the game close until the final five minutes. Clinging to a 45-42 lead with 2:51 to play, Skidmore outscored ACP 9-2 the rest of the way for the 10-point win. The Thoroughbreds hit six of seven free throws in that stretch.
Angela Botiba and
Logan Frederick scored 12 points each to lead Skidmore. Botiba completed the double/double with 10 rebounds.
The Thoroughbreds return to Liberty League play at home Jan. 24 with a 6 p.m. game against St. Lawrence.
