Troy, N.Y.— The men's and women's swimming and diving teams competed at Rensselaer Saturday afternoon. The Engineers won both meets, with the men taking a 152-76 decision and the women winning 136-74.

For the men, Taylor Best finished second in the 200 IM (2:08.37) and Peter Quattromani was second in the 1000 Free (11:05.23). Jesse Adler took second in the 50 Free (23.74), just ahead of teammate Greg Amoresano who finished third (24.50).

In the women's meet, Carrie Koch earned second in the 200 Free (2:02.16) in a career best time of 2:02.16.
Katherine Kelloway finished third in the 100 Fly (1:02.93) and second in the 500 Free (5.33.84). Sarah Shaw finished second in the 1000 Free (11:33.29) and 100 Back (1:07.84). Diver Kristen Stearns was second on the 1- Meter with a score of 209.78.

The women will host the Skidmore Sprint Invitational on Feb. 5 at 1 p.m. The men are off until the Vassar Sprint Invite on Feb. 12.
