#15 Williams downs Skidmore women’s lax, 15-11

Williamstown, Mass.-- The Skidmore College women's lacrosse team lost to #15 Williams College 15-11 Wednesday night.

Skidmore (5-5) took an early 4-1 lead, but the Ephs (6-4) used an 11-0 run over the end of the first half and the start of the second to break the game open, 12-4. The Thoroughbreds scored six of the game's final seven goals to make it close.

Lindsay Stavola scored four goals and had an assist to lead Skidmore. Kimberly Segalas added three goals.

Skidmore returns to Liberty League play on Saturday at the University of Rochester.
