ROCHESTER, NY – Five double-digit scorers and critical defensive stops late helped the Skidmore College men's basketball team pull off the much-needed 88-85 victory over RIT to wrap up the weekend road trip on Saturday afternoon.
The Thoroughbreds (6-17, 2-14 Liberty League) were led offensively by a team-high 21 points from sophomore

"I'm proud of the team, this has been a tough fight for us all season long. To the guys' credit, they have not lost faith and they understand we're working every day with a big picture in mind," said head coach
Joe Burke.
"Plenty of wins to come down the road and although today was certainly a good win, this was more about us handling another tough loss last night and bouncing back with a collectively effort. So, I'll say this again, we got better today and we will continue to do so."
