CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The Skidmore College men's tennis team began play at the three-day MIT Invitational on Friday evening with matches against Brandeis and Amherst. The Thoroughbreds battled in doubles against Amherst followed by singles against Brandeis.

- Kyle Lundberg was the big winner for Skidmore on Friday. He won both of his matches. Lundberg and Adel Aissaoui brought down Amherst's Wang and Harrison 8-6.
- Later, in singles, Lundberg got matching 6-2 set wind to defeat Harrison Huai of Brandeis.
- The MIT Invitational continues Saturday morning. Skidmore will play against Babson in doubles (10 a.m.) and host MIT in singles (12 p.m.).
