- Coach Curt Speerschneider: "Every championship the last 12 years is special, but this year had to be the most earned. This is the first time the league has had three nationally ranked teams, and we'd have to beat both of them to win the title. Having the tougher draw we knew we had to step up, which is exactly what this team did. Â I'm so proud of how they came back after the loss last weekend and played both matches this weekend with a huge amount of confidence, desire, and resolve. They were locked in together and made the choice together. I've found there's very little this team can't achieve when they do that. We're going to be a very dangerous matchup for anyone at NCAAs next week. We're excited to being dancing again."
