ANNANDALE-on-HUDSON, N.Y.—The Skidmore College women's basketball team moved closer to securing a Liberty League playoff berth with a 74-46 win at Bard College Friday night.
The Thoroughbreds move to 13-7 overall and 8-7 in league play, while the Raptors fall to 1-18 and 0-14.
Sharpshooter
Andi Levitz came off the bench to lead the Thoroughbreds with a career-high 22 points, hitting 6-of-10 three point attempts.
Clare Driscoll had 14 points and three assists, while
Julia Blanck had a team-high 13 rebounds and six points.
Christina Kiser led Bard with 29 points.
After a tight first quarter that saw 12 lead changes, Skidmore took control outscoring Bard 21-2 in the second quarter to lead 37-17 at the break.
Levitz got the quarter going with a deep three eight seconds in.Bard wasn't able to recover..

The win moves Skidmore into fourth place with three games to play, starting with Saturday's game at first place Vassar. The game tips at 2 p.m. The third and fourth place teams will host quarterfinal games on Feb. 22.
