Riley Greene scored a career-high 30 points and
Greg Skoric posted his straight double/double to lead the Skidmore College men's basketball team to a 92-84 Liberty League win over Hobart College Tuesday night at the Williamson Sports Center.

It was the fourth straight win for the Thoroughbreds who complete the regular-season sweep of the Statesmen. Skidmore (10-6, 6-4 Liberty League) moves into fourth place with the win. Hobart drops to 6-10 and 3-6.

Greene had four steals and two assists to compliment his 30 points. Skoric continues to dominate inside with 19 points, 15 rebounds and three blocks. The 6-11 forward dropped in three three-pointers and was 7-11 from the floor.
Tautvydas Kupstas was also 7-11 from the floor and 3-4 from the line for 17 points.
Ty Lamport added 17 points and four assists.

Aidan Rodgers led four Hobart players in double figures with 21 points. Patrick Walker scored 17 off the bench, while Jackson Meshanic and Jack Lesure had 14 each.

It was a two-possession game for most of the first half, until Greene started an 8-0 run with a deep three to give Skidmore a 29-25 lead. Kupstas had a pair of layups and
Ty Lamport hit a free throw for a 34-25 lead with 2:33 to play. Â The Thoroughbreds extended the lead to 11 at the break on another Greene three.

Skidmore led by as many as 16 in the second half. The Statesmen hung around, but couldn't get any closer than seven the rest of the way.

"Offensively we had a really good rhythm tonight with multiple guys contributing," said Skidmore coach
Joe Burke. "This team is capable of putting up some big numbers when they get it going. I'm looking forward to carrying this momentum into the weekend."

The Thoroughbreds host league leader Rensselaer on Friday at 7:30 p.m. and then its Senior Day and The Big Green Scream against Ithaca on Saturday at 4 p.m.
