SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – The Skidmore College men's soccer team scored with 1:45 remaining, but it was not enough as nationally 24
th-ranked St. Lawrence escaped with a 2-1 Liberty League victory at Wachenheim Field Saturday afternoon.

- Skidmore falls to 6-3-5 and 3-2-3 in the Liberty League.
- St. Lawrence, one of two unbeaten teams at 5-0-3, improves to 9-1-5 overall.
- Ethan Kilmnick netted his third goal of the year for Skidmore to make it 2-1 Saints with 1:45 to play.
- Skidmore was awarded a corner kick in the closing seconds but was unable to get a shot off in earch for the equalizer.
- St. Lawrence scored both of its goals in the first half, both on rebounds. Shane Hauck scored in the 17th minute to open the scoring and Antonio Rogliano made it 2-0 just over six minutes later. Sam Pijpers and Kyle Graber had assists.
- The Thoroughbreds were the aggressors early on. Kamal Ibrahim was denied by SLU goalie Ben Woelfinger in the fourth minute and drilled the crossbar at 9:28.
- Overall, Skidmore outshot the visitors 19-11, and 12-5 in the first half.
- St. Lawrence put nine of its 11 shots on goal.
- Both goalkeepers, Bobby Stratts for Skidmore, finished with seven saves.
- Skidmore earned 13 corner kicks to just two, both in the second half, for the Saints.
