ITHACA, N.Y.— Ithaca College pulled away in the second half in a 64-46 Liberty League women's basketball win over Skidmore College Friday night.

The setback has the Thoroughbreds at 8-4 overall and 3-4 in league play. The Bombers are 11-3 and 7-1.

Becca Horger had her career best game for the Thoroughbreds with 14 points. She had only been to the free throw line twice in the team's first 11 games, but excelled against Ithaca, going 8-8 from the line.
Clare Driscoll added nine points, three blocks and five rebounds, while
Julia Blanck scored six rounds to go with a team-high 11 rebounds.

Grace Cannon was the lone Ithaca player in double figures with 10 points.

The Bombers bench outscored Skidmore 32-11.

Tied 19-19 after the first quarter, Ithaca used a 10-1 run to start the second quarter on the way to a 34-26 lead at the break. The Bombers scored the last six points of the third quarter and the first four of the fourth to take charge with a 55-34 lead.
