SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y.—The Skidmore College baseball team split with St. Lawrence on the season's final day, winning the first game 10-7, then dropping the second 7-4.

The Thoroughbreds finish 7-8 overall and 6-6 in Liberty League play. The Saints close 12-12 and 7-9. Skidmore finished fifth in the final Liberty League standings, only .031 behind Clarkson (8-7-1).

McQuaid won in relief and Browning came in from the outfield to pick-up his second save.Â

Down 5-1, Skidmore scored three runs in the bottom of the fourth to cut it to 5-4. Tied it 5-5 in the fifth and then added five unearned runs in the sixth on the way to the 10-7 final.

Browning was 2-3 with a home run, sac fly, and three RBI.
Jaden Torrado was 2-4 with two RBI and Hardy was 2-3 with two runs and one RBI.

Hardy went 2-4 with a double and three RBI.
Jackson Hornung went 2-3 with an RBI triple.
Danny Melillo and Torrado had two hits each.
