SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y.—RIT scored the game's final four goals to escape with a 10-8 Liberty League women's lacrosse win over Skidmore College Saturday evening at Wachenheim Field.

The Thoroughbreds are 2-1 and 0-1 in Liberty League play, while the Tigers move to 4-2 and 1-2. The teams play again Saturday in Rochester.

Amelia Bassett had three goals and an assist and
Avery Geddes scored three goals for Skidmore.
Ella Harris had a team-high six draw controls and
Lara Strunk contributed four ground balls and a caused turnover.

Alanna Fallone led the Tigers with five goals, including three in the final 10 minutes. Olivia Africa had three goals and an assist. Rose Core had six ground balls and three caused turnovers.

After an early Africa goal, Geddes scored consecutive goals to put the Thoroughbreds in front 2-1. Bassett's goal to open the second half gave Skidmore its biggest lead 6-2. The Tigers chipped away, taking the lead Fallone's 28
th goal of the season with 7:06 to play in the game. It was RIT's first lead of the game since the game-opening goal. Africa added an insurance goal with 6:38 to play for the 10-8 final.

Phoebe Beshlian had 10 saves for Skidmore, while Paulina Goodermote had 10 saves for the Tigers.
